By downloading or using PowerVigil, you agree to these terms.

License

PowerVigil grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on your Mac. The Free tier may be used indefinitely. The Pro tier requires a valid license key purchased through our official channels.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles billing, taxes, and compliance. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting hi@berck.io.

Founding Edition

The Founding Edition is a limited offer (500 licenses) at a reduced price. It includes all Pro features and all future updates. Once sold out, Pro licenses will be available at the standard price.

Updates

Pro licenses include all future updates at no additional cost. We may release new versions at any time. There is no obligation to provide updates on a specific schedule.

System requirements

PowerVigil requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later and an Apple Silicon Mac (M1/M2/M3/M4). We do not guarantee functionality on Intel Macs or older macOS versions.

Disclaimer

PowerVigil is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damage to your system or data loss. The app reads system information in a read-only manner and does not modify system settings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

PowerVigil, its logo, and all associated materials are protected by copyright. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
